Morning and Evening
Somatic & Artistic Practice for
Therapists & Healers

Because we caring professionals need spaces to be held, too.

What are these spaces? Simple.
They have four key elements in each session.

  • Intention setting

  • Ritualizing and resourcing

  • Artistic and somatic nourishment

  • Supportive community space

The longing to be nurtured, too.

You miss or long for your creativity. You want a practice and ritual space to nourish yourself before starting work. You desire morning practices to help your days and your nervous system. You enjoy intention setting, breath work, art, being supported by badass humans, and need a landing place in this shitstorm. You are seeking a space to create, support, and co-regulate alongside others.

What people are saying…

“I participated in Andie's Morning Practice for over a year, and it became one of the most meaningful parts of my week. Andie has the ability to hold space with warmth, care, and humor, showing up not only as a skillful facilitator but also as a human who deeply gets what its like to be in the helping professions, navigating hard times. They offered ideas, connections, and inspiration through art making, journaling, somatic practices, and meditation. They guided our group with an awareness of rhythm, of moving inward toward rooting and discovery, and then outward to feel held and understood in community. Andie created exactly the kind of space I didn't know I needed.”

I get what it’s like to be a therapist in these times…

That’s why I started Spiral Tending.

It’s hard to be creative & attuned to ourselves when we hold so much for others all day. It can be so easy to zone out. I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with being a human and needing a dang break… And, I know how easy it can be to turn off your creative life force when you’re depleted.

When was the last time you created? When was the last time you were held in a space? When was the last time you asked yourself what you need during these times? I bet you’re hella good at doing that for others ;). Ahhh, the irony of being a highly skilled healer.

What if the answers come to us when we take time for our well-being?

  • We are a group that has met consistently and now has room for a few other folks to join. We meet 2x a month (see below for timing questions), and we start our days off or evenings getting resourced. We utilize, art, somatic practices, internal resourcing, journaling, and other activities to land into the busy days.

  • $80 per month, $40 per session. You can pay bi-weekly or monthly.

  • Chillest zoom of your life. Show up how you need.

I know what you’re thinking…

Andie, no amount of morning or evening care can make the burnout go away. Let’s be real, you’re likely right.

We have very little research on whether burnout ever goes away.

And

Succumbing to a narrative is one way to take your agency away. What is lost when we stop tuning into ourselves? What about your access to your life?

How do you wanna show up in your life?

Not to be the annoying elf sitting on your shoulder, but like…

If we aren’t present in our own lives, can we really show up to others and model that there other ways?
