You might be here because…

You’re looking for authentic community and networking rooted in mutual support, not competition.

You might be a weee bit worried you’re burned out, or heading in that direction.

You’re ready to grow your practice, restructure your business model, or make a change and need mentorship to do it in a way that enlivens your soul rather than making you feel like a sellout.

You want practical and creative support, small & intentional cohorts, and to be surrounded by healing practitioners & small business owners who keep their heart at the forefront and their business steadily flowing.

This way to The Spiral Collective

Also, hi, I’m Andie.

I’m Andie, the founder of Spiral Tending. I’m a therapist and business mentor who works with therapists, healers, and helping professionals who want to build authentic, sustainable businesses without abandoning themselves in the process.

Burnout support & business strategy for therapists and healing practitioners who refuse to shrink. I help you untangle the stories keeping you small so you can build a sustainable, soul-aligned career.

Whatever feels tangled

right now,

there’s a place to begin.

Maybe you’re hella lonely being in a one-person or tiny business and craving real connection with people who get it.

Maybe you’re scared because you need more clients but freeze when you hear the word “marketing.

Maybe the idea of raising your rates or restructuring your business sends you into a spiral.

Maybe you want to network with people who have your best interest at heart. Not competition disguised as connection.

Maybe you’re utterly exhausted, and the idea of anything business-related or any type of self-care seems impossible right now.

Whatever spiral you’re in

you don’t have to tend it alone.

Here’s what we can

tend together

Small Business Wins and Woes · Money · Marketing · Authentic Community · Creativity

Small business wins and woes… The wins, the woes, the middle spaces, and the what the hell do I do now moments? For those of us growing our practice, changing your business model, or simply trying to build a business that works for you.

Money… When your bank account is full, or when you’re calling credit card companies to negotiate lower interest rates, I've got you. Because money is freaking complicated. How do we price our services, make enough, pay the bills, and hold humanity? We can be real and talk about money, how to make enough money, and how to hold humanity and have a thriving business.

Marketing… Sharing your incredible craft and offerings with this world! Together we will find ways to market your work in a way that feels generative.

Authentic Community… A place to build relationships and talk about the real stuff. A space where other practitioners share your work abundantly, and truly want the best for you. A place of reciprocity.

Creativity… Our greatest gifts are cultivated through creativity. A place to see beyond the traditional business BS advice, and build what you know to be true.

Why Spiral?

Unspiraling the Pressure to Perform.

Traditional business advice ignores the reality of healing work. It can be highly exploitative, ignoring that this work is emotionally heavy, isolating, and exhausting. My approach is different: it’s authentic, embodied, and real.

We spiral inward. Instead of hustling outward, we spiral back to your values, check in with your body, and integrate intuition with action. We leave the hustle behind because true creativity happens when we work alongside others, not alone.

Stop performing. Start practicing. When you stop trying to fit the mold of the "hyper-professional" healer, you make space for a business that truly aligns with who you are.

You are the instrument after all. The healing fields often ask us to be less human—to hide our needs and suppress our humanity. But what if our biggest strength is actually our humanness?
