We’re a creative and intentional community for healers to support each other’s offerings, build strong referral networks, and stay connected outside of social media.
We meet monthly to talk business, set creative intentions, and build the kind of connection that helps small businesses and the people behind them thrive!
Because the internet has changed.
How we find each other has changed.
Big Tech has dipped their grimey lil’ paws into our small business, and will keep doing it…
But we get to decide how much we let it shape the way we work.
Email, referrals, and human connection are some of the strongest tools we have.

We meet monthly, but this isn’t another performative networking event. It’s a space to be, show up as you need, and hold the impossibility of this work together.
Our calls are structured around three anchors:
Connection & Presence: A non-exhausting, unmasked way to check in. We know we’re all holding heavy things. Here, we just witness each other.
Building Strong Referrals: We spend time getting to know each other’s specific modalities and niches. We honor the labor it takes to get to this moment. We build networking experiences based on abundance, not scarcity.
Creative & Somatic Practice: We set aside time to focus on your business intentions seasonally. Through journal prompts, art, and breath work, we reconnect with the creativity that fuels our wildest dreams. When we lose our ability to be creative, we lose the ability to manifest our practice.

These insta therapist coach influencers really got me wondering if I’m good at my job at all.

I’m feeling really weird wanting to make a livable wage because the healing field has made us awful for wanting to pay for our teeths. But also… I’m in like $100k student debt - what even is the path forward?
I know nothing about marketing… and my psychology today profile stopped bringing in as many people. Do I need to work at a group practice?
